30 Day Cereal Muffins

2 Cups Dry Oatmeal
2 Cups Shredded Wheat Broken
2 Cups All Bran
1 Cup Boiling water
1 Cup Cooking Oil
5 Cups Flour
1 pound Brown Sugar
1 Qt. Buttermilk
4 Beaten Eggs
5 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Salt

Put cereals in large bowls

Pour water over and stir in Oil

Add brown sugar, buttermilk, eggs, soda, salt and flour

Mix and store in airtight container

When wanted, grease muffin tin as to how many you want to cook

Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 min.

Keeps up to 30 days or more

Makes about 5 dozen.
