FROM THE KITCHEN OF TONYA GOAD

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Prepare batter by mixing flour with sugar in a large bowl.

bring margarine, cocoa and water to rapid boil

immidiately pour over flour mixture

Mix well

add buttermilk eggs cinnamon. baking soda and vanilla.

Mix well

Pour into greased and floured 17 X 11 inch sheet pan.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

Remove cake from oven and froast immeditely.

FROSTING:

4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine cocoa, margarine and milk, bring to boil.

remove from heat

ADD
powdered sugar, walnuts and vanilla.

Frost cake immediately after removing from oven.
