THIS IS SO SIMPLE YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE

PEEL AND SLICE PEACHES THAT YOU HAVE PICKED OFF FROM THE TREE, IF YOU SHOULD HAVE ONE.  IF NOT STORE BOUGHT PEACHES SURE WILL WORK.

I USE A 9 X 13 OR BIGGER PAN AND DEEP

USE AT LEAST 1 STICK OF BUTTER, I HAVE USED 1 1/2 STICK'S
MELT IN THE MICROWAVE UNTIL JUST MELTED
POUR INTO THE PAN THAT YOU WILL BE USING

MIX TOGETHER:
1 CUP FLOUR; IF YOU USE SELF-RISING FLOUR DO NOT ADD THE NEXT 2
1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1 CUP SUGAR; I USE SPLENDA
1 CUP MILK; I ALSO ADD ANOTHER 1/2 CUP MILK
(WHEN USING A LARGER PAN I DOUBLE THE ABOVE)

POUR THIS MIXTURE INTO THE BUTTER IN THE PAN.

GENTLY POUR THE SLICED PEACHES INTO THE PAN; I PRESS DOWN THE PEACHES AND THE JUICE FROM THE PEACHES INTO THE BATTER.

AS THE PEACH COBBLER IS COOKING THE BATTER WILL RISE UP AND AROUND THE PEACHES.

MAKES 10 TO 12 SERVING; BUT WITH OUR FAMILY THAT JUST DOESN'T WORK.

I USED SOME PEACHES THAT WASN'T AS RIPE AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND STILL TURNED OUT GREAT.

I LIKE THIS AS IT IS THE PURE TASTE OF THE PEACHES AND NO COVER UP WITH ANY SPICES.
