These are light and make a thicken to what you put them in

Mix

2 cups Flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
About 1 cup milk

Toss together lightly with a fork until you have a very soft dough (do not over mix this)

Drop by spoonfuls into simmering, chicken or beef broth.

Cover pan and allow to cook for 13 minutes without removing cover.
