Cut a roll of Bounty Paper Towel in half with a sharp knife, remove the cardboard cylinder when soaked up, which will also start the first sheet out from the center, and place the half roll in a plastic coffee can, works best. I save coffee cans they do come in handy all the time.   DO NOT USE ANY OTHER PAPE TOWEL AS IT WILL NOT WORK.  I also make both at once, every good to save money.

3 cups water [I use hot water]

1 Tablespoon Johnson & Johnson Baby shampoo

1 Tablespoon Johnson & Johnson Baby oil

In a pitcher mix the above ingredients and pour slowly over the paper towels in the container.  Let set for 12 to 24 hours.
