1 box yellow cake mix
Mix and bake as directed on box.
In an oblong pan
Cool cake complete;
Since the Pineapple needs to be well drained,
put 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple to drain first
Mix well
1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1 small package instant pudding
1 cup milk
When well blended add the drained pineapple
Spread on top of the cake; I leave the
cake in the pan most of the time.
Spread:
1 (12 oz) carton Cool Whip
Sprinkle 1/2 cup toasted coconut over the
cream cheese mixture
Note:
You can also put every thing together
and then sprinkle with the coconut, does not have to be toasted but looks better.
