Depending on how many is for Dinner I bought 2 bags of new potatoes maybe 3 lbs each.
3 or 4 garlic cloves small diced
grill mate seasoning sprinkled over well
I used 1 stick of butter melted to coat potatoes (can use oil)
to say the least their was none left for left overs....
