Pre Heat oven at 350 bake for 45 minutes or until top is browned
 
Pour into an lighty buttered 9 x 13 baking dish::::

1/4 C Butter plus more for dish
 
1 Onion chopped or ( 1 tablespoon Dryed Onion)
 
1 ( 16 oz. ) container Sour Cream
 
1 ( 10 1/2 oz ) can of Cream of Celery Soup
 
1 ( 8 oz ) PKG Shredded Cheddar and Monterery Jack Cheese
 
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
 
1 (30 oz ) Pkg frozen Shredded Hash Browns (Thawed)
 
1 Teaspoon Salt
 
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
 
MIX ALL TOGETHER UNTILL WELL BLENDED
 
TOPPING:
Crush 2 cups Potato Chips or Corn Flakes
