3 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 (16 oz) Jar Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Butter softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Crispy Rice Cereal
1 oz pkg semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons Veg. Oil
50 Toothpicks
Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, rice cereal, butter and vanilla together using your hands until dough is firm.
Roll dough into balls about 3/4 inch set in. Put a toothpick into the top of each ball chill in freezer or ref.
until firm about 30 minutes
Melt chips and oil in a double boiler. put back on cookie sheet and ref. to set up.
