3 cups canned Tomatoes
1/3 cup Oleo
3 cups medium corase Bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons Sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Heat and mix tomatoes and oleo.  Add other ingredients.

Pour mixture into a 9 X 9 inch buttered dish.  Sprinkle top with allspice if you like.  Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes at 350.  Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
