Macaroni and Cheese

Cook 6 oz. elbow Macaroni (1 1/2 cups)

Drain

In sauce pan melt butter 3 Tablespoons
Cook
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
Cook until tender
Stir in 2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt and Dash Pepper

Add 2 cups milk all at once
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly

Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes

Add

Cubed Cheese 2 Cups.  Stir until melted.

Stir Macaroni into cheese shauce, turn into a 1 1/2 qt Casserole.

Arrange tomato slices atop macaroni.

Sprinkle with a little salt

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes

Makes 6 servings
