Quick Spanish Rice

Ingredients:

1 small onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cup canned tomoatoes
3 cups hot boiled rice
Salt and Pepper to taste

Saute onion and green pepper for five minutes in margarine.

Add tomatoes and rice, heat to boiling.

Then reduce heat and simmer for five minutes more.

Season to taste
