From the kitchen of Mildred Blaze

3 pound Roast
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
2 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Sweet Basil
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Bay Leaves
   
Mix spices and water and pour over roast
      Bake at 350 covered for 2 1/2 to  3 hours.
       Remove meat and cool completely
        Slice very thin and return to juices
         Reheat in juices to serve on anything
          Saute sliced green pepper rings in butter and put on sandwiches

I have eaten this one and is so good, if I didn't have time I would put it in a crock-pot and cook for hours.
You can also add 1 onion sliced if you would like.
